Import your Notion pages into Byeori — no ZIP export needed

Moving out of Notion usually means Export → Markdown & CSV, downloading a ZIP, and cleaning up file names. Byeori connects to Notion directly instead: you choose the pages, and Byeori reads them in.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Create a free Byeori account

On the web, with Google, Apple or email.

  2. 2

Go to Settings → Data → Import → Notion

    Click “Connect Notion”.

  3. 3

    Pick your pages in Notion

Notion asks which pages to share with Byeori. Choose the pages you want — pages inside them come too. Byeori gets read-only access to just those pages.

  4. 4

    Import

Back in Byeori, click Import. Up to 100 pages per run. Run it again any time — pages whose titles you already have are skipped.

What comes along

  • Text, headings, lists, to-dos, quotes, code and links
  • Images — copied into Byeori, so they keep working after you disconnect
  • Sub-pages, linked to their parent page
  • The date each page was created in Notion

Good to know

  • Very large images (over 15 MB), or more than 150 in one import, stay as Notion links, which stop working after about an hour — use the ZIP export below for those
  • Byeori never edits or deletes anything in Notion

Prefer a file?

In Notion: ⋯ → Export → Markdown & CSV → download the ZIP. Then in Byeori: Settings → Data → Import → Notion → Choose files, and pick the ZIP (no need to unzip). Images in the ZIP come along.

What happens after you import

Byeori links your notes to each other and groups them into the topics you keep coming back to — a map of what you’ve written, in your own words. Nothing is rewritten. Your map starts once you have at least 8 longer notes (about 200 characters or more each) — for most people who bring their notes, that’s import day.

Your notes aren’t used to train AI, and you can export everything any time.
