Terms of Service

1. The service

A personal knowledge tool that stores your notes and uses AI to surface connections and insights.

⚠️ The service is currently a **free beta**. Features may change or stop without notice. We work to prevent data loss but do not guarantee it — please export anything important.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your password safe.

Accounts are for one person. The operator is not responsible for problems arising from shared accounts.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Your content

**You own what you write.** The operator processes it only as needed to run the service (storage, search, AI analysis).

We do not use your notes for advertising or marketing, do not sell them, and do not provide them for AI model training.

4. Prohibited use

Storing or distributing content that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.

Interfering with the service (automated bulk requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, circumventing usage limits).

Attempting to access other people’s accounts.

5. Limits of the AI features

⚠️ **AI output can be inaccurate or wrong.** The operator does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or usefulness.

Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Usage limits may apply and may be adjusted for cost or reliability reasons.

6. Changes and discontinuation

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the service. If it is discontinued, we will give notice and aim to leave time for you to export your data.

7. Limitation of liability

As the service is provided free of charge, the operator is not liable for damages arising from its use except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

This does not limit rights guaranteed to you by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be addressed through discussion.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes in the service. Significant changes will be announced before they take effect; if you do not agree, you may delete your account.
